CleansRite Flushing Solution Bag for Direct-to-Garment Printers

Our specially formulated and filtered CleansRite Flushing Solution has the correct surface tension to fill all the cavities of the printhead for proper jetting. When used in place of white ink while printing with CMYK inks only, the Flushing Solution has similar specific weight and properties as ink to ensure correct head pressure as opposed to a common replacement - distilled water. You should never run an inkjet printer without any fluid to run through the system since the fluid is also used as a coolant for the printhead. CleansRite Flushing Solution should be used to fill the ink lines during storage and shipping to keep the ink system conditioned.
