Head Maintenance Solution (HMS)

Use HMS to keep your printhead from permanently clogging. Fill your Capping Station with HMS when you notice that your Nozzle Check patterns have the same nozzles missing, and let the nozzle plate "soak" for a half-hour to an hour. If you get a "headstrike" (when the printhead rubs along the garment during printing), put some HMS on a CleansRite Foam-Tipped Swab and clean the printhead's nozzle plate before soaking.
