BelQuette Inc. Mod1 Limited Warranty

What is covered: BelQuette warrants to the original purchaser that the Mod1 printing system covered by this limited warranty statement, if purchased new and is used in the United States, conforms to the manufacturer’s specifications and will be free from defects in workmanship and materials. The printer/mainframe are warranted for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. BelQuette also warrants that the consumable ink bags enclosed with the printer will perform to the manufacturer’s specified usage, which may expire before the expiration of the limited warranty for the Mod1 printer. For warranty service, you must provide a signed copy of this warranty stating you are aware of and agree to these terms. This warranty will not be effective until it is signed and returned to BelQuette.

What BelQuette will do to correct problems: Should your Mod1 printer or mainframe prove defective during the warranty period, please call BelQuette at (727) 826-0900 or (877) 202-0886 for warranty repair and return authorization. A BelQuette service technician will provide telephone diagnostic service to determine whether the printer/mainframe requires service. If service is needed, BelQuette will, at its option, exchange or repair the printer/mainframe without charge for parts or labor. If BelQuette authorizes an exchange for the defective unit BelQuette will ship a replacement printer/mainframe or part to you, freight prepaid by original purchaser. You (original purchaser) are responsible for securely packaging the defective unit and returning it to BelQuette within three (3) working days of receipt of the replacement. BelQuette requires a credit card number to secure the cost of the replacement printer/mainframe or part. In the event that you fail to return the defective printer/mainframe or part, signing this warranty authorizes BelQuette to charge the credit card for the full retail price. The replacement printer/mainframe or part may be new or refurbished to the BelQuette standard of quality. BelQuette’s liability for replacement of the covered printer/mainframe will not exceed the original retail selling price of the covered printer/mainframe or part. Replacement printer/mainframe and parts assume the remaining warranty period of your original product covered by this limited warranty. If your printer/mainframe or part requires repair, BelQuette will direct you to send your printer/mainframe or part to a BelQuette authorized service center where the printer/mainframe or part will be fixed and sent back to you. You are responsible for securely packaging the printer/mainframe or part and for all cost relating to transporting the printer/mainframe or part to and from the BelQuette authorized service center.
