Only unopened unused items are refundable in
their original packaging. All consumables refunds will be subject to a 10%
restocking fee. Hardware / Equipment has a 25% restocking fee. ALL returns must
be pre approved by a BelQuette, Inc. representative and must accompany a
BelQuette, Inc. issued RMA. Any & all items sent back without prior
notification or accompanying RMA documentation will not be refunded. Shipping
Charges, Print Heads, Software and custom modifications are NON
refundable.
